Sounds like an awesome day to me!
Don’t get me wrong, I love having a day on the sofa, I just don’t like feeling trapped.
it is heading our way we have freezing fog at the minute which is getting thicker as the day progresses
I guess we can’t expect anything else, for this time of the year π
It’s beautiful! Sit back an enjoy!
my kind of day…enjoy! xoxo
ps..just wish i was with you to enjoy it too!
Once you realize that you can’t fight it just go with the flow. Be as the leaf upon the stream. Enjoy your quiet time and know that some of us might be a little jealous.
Sounds like a perfect day to sit back and read:) Enjoy!
Thanks, Jeannette!
I didn’t want to hit the Like button because it’s miserable being stuck against your will! But I see you’ve made the best of it! I hope you had a nice warm, snuggly day! π
I did… and I also repeated over and over in my head all day “Sixteen weeks from now and I’ll be soaking up the sun in Houston” those are the kind of thoughts that get me by… π Thanks, Kate!
I am cold just reading this Maggie! Books and tea are perfect for this kind of weather!! Stay safe and enjoy the lovely of it all β₯
Thanks, Paula. I guess I can get a lot of reading done, as I wait for winter to pass in Norway π
I admire your way of making the best of it… from my too-busy perspective it looks like a wonderful opportunity for peace and R&R but I know from [not quite as extreme as yours thank goodness] experience, the novelty of being weather bound wears off quite quickly…
Oh wow, it looks so beautiful!! I love snow, though not the ‘getting stranded’ part. But tea and good books are a perfect way to pass the time!! π
